Suspected motorcycle thieves are being duct-taped to poles in Mexico's Jalisco by a man who is being referred to as "Batman" by social media users. According to local media reports, five suspected thieves have been found taped to poles and lampposts in Lagos de Moreno over the past 10 days. Police said the vigilante has been put on wanted list.
