Mahindra Group has incorporated Novavayu Aerospace (NAL), a new subsidiary to manufacture aircraft, aerospace products and related equipment, primarily for the defence sector. With an authorised share capital of ₹1 crore, compromising 10 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each, NAL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Defence Systems (MSDL) and will be headquartered in Mumbai.
