Chandrasekaran quit over rift with Tata Trusts on capital, governance: Report

N Chandrasekaran’s decision to resign as Tata Sons Chairman was triggered by a rift with Tata Trusts over capital allocation and governance, Moneycontrol reported. Uncertainty over Tata Sons' listing status also contributed to his decision. Chandrasekaran may have felt the public airing of disagreements was damaging the Tata Group's reputation among investors and employees, report added.
