J&K People's Conference chief Sajad Lone condemned the Pahalgam terrorist attack, claiming it's shameful that "outsiders came and attacked our tourists." He said, "We couldn't save our guests." Lone added that terrorists don't spare any religion, they have killed his father and have killed nearly 5000-10000 Kashmiris. He further stated that Kashmiri Muslims have been their biggest targets.

After the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) decided to remove his name from a stand at Uppal Stadium, ex-India captain Mohammed Azharuddin said, "I sometimes regret having played cricket." The Income Tax Department has notified new rules under which certain luxury goods priced above ₹10 lakh will attract Tax Collected at Source (TCS). One of the four attackers behind the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 tourists has been identified as Adil, the Indian Express reported. Citing a central agency source, the report added that Adil was a local overground worker who recently returned from Pakistan. Another local attacker has also been identified as Aasif Sheikh, The Print reported.

Earlier, he paid tributes to the victims and also met with families of victims of the terror attack, which claimed the lives of at least 26 tourists on Tuesday. Security agencies have released sketches of some of the terrorists involved in Tuesday's terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam that left 26 tourists dead. The sketches have been released based on detailed eyewitness accounts from survivors of the attack, said News18. This move comes as part of an intensified manhunt across Jammu and Kashmir to track down the terrorists.

The names of all the 26 people who were killed in the Pahalgam terror attack have been released by authorities. The deceased were from states/UTs including Maharashtra, West Bengal, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Chandigarh, Kerala, Gujarat, Karnataka, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh. A tourist from Nepal and a local from Pahalgam were also killed.
