The menu for Donald Trump's Inaugural luncheon includes Chesapeake Crab Cake; Chardonnay, Veritas Vineyards "Reserve" from Monticello; Greater Omaha Angus Ribeye Steak with Thumbelina carrots, carrot top herb sauce, red wine truffle jus, and potato gratin; and Cabernet Sauvignon, Mount Veeder from Napa Valley. It also has Minnesota Apple Ice Box Terrine with sour cream ice cream & salted caramel.
