Adroit Industries launches ₹151 crore IPO

Adroit Industries (India) opened its ₹151 crore IPO on September 20, offering 1.12 crore shares at ₹126–₹134 each. The company, which makes propeller shafts and torque parts for commercial vehicles, exports to 32+ countries. IPO funds will upgrade its Dewas facility, invest in subsidiary Adroit Driveshafts at Pithampur, repay loans, and meet corporate expenses.
