A video has shown Hillary Clinton, who is former US Secretary of State and former US President Bill Clinton's wife, laughing during US President Donald Trump's inaugural speech on Monday. "A short time from now, we're going to be changing the name of Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America," said Trump, after which Hillary laughed.
