Kerala HC stays suspension of teacher over Savarkar quiz question

The Kerala High Court stayed the suspension of a school teacher, who was suspended over a quiz question about VD Savarkar at an Independence Day event. The court stayed the suspension for a month but permitted the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him to continue. The court had earlier asked the government if it was illegal to put a "wrong question".
