50 Viking skeletons unearthed in Denmark

Archaeologists have uncovered 50 well-preserved Viking skeletons near Odense, Denmark's third-largest city. High water levels and favourable soil conditions helped preserve the remains. Rare artefacts, including knives, glass pearls, and brooches, dating between 850 and 970 AD, were also found. The goods suggest the burials belonged to a farming community, with one high-status woman identified.
