NSE, ex-CEO Limaye, others pay SEBI ₹643 cr to settle TAP case

NSE, its ex-CEO Vikram Limaye and eight other people have paid SEBI a total of ₹643 crore to settle a case over alleged misuse of Trading Access Point (TAP). It is reportedly the largest settlement in SEBI's history. TAP was a software application deployed by NSE on trading members' servers to manage connections and messages (orders/trades) of such members.
