After being removed as Principal of Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH), Narendra Pratap Singh accused the Bihar Health Department of "administrative highhandedness" and "dictatorship". In a press conference, he claimed he had not been informed about Health Minister Nishant Kumar's visit. The department later issued a factual report stating he had been informed via a phone call on June 22.
