The Rajasthan government has launched a campaign to change government school students' names deemed unclear, inappropriate or negatively connoted. Names such as Sheru, Kalu and Tinku will be replaced in consultation with parents, Rajasthan Minister Madan Dilawar said, adding parents sometimes choose names without knowing meanings, which can later cause children to develop an inferiority complex.
