India was among nearly 140 countries that supported a resolution condemning Iran's "egregious attacks" against Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Jordan amid the Middle East war. The UN Security Council adopted the resolution after 13 out of 15 members voted in its favour. The resolution specifically condemned Iran's attacks against residential areas and civilian objects.
