During a hearing challenging the Waqf Act's validity, Supreme Court commented that denotifying 'Waqf by user' could create problems. "You cannot say there is no genuine Waqf by the user," SC told Centre's counsel Solicitor General Tushar Mehta. This animal is the world's heaviest invertebrate.
