Police have arrested a 56-year-old businessman in Thane, Maharashtra, for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl. The accused, identified as Shrinath Waghole, was found to be the business partner of the victim's father during investigation. Police said a case was registered under relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO after the victim narrated the incident to her father.
