Neeraj Chopra ruled out of Asian Games

Two-time Olympic medal-winning javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra has been ruled out of the upcoming Asian Games 2026. The 28-year-old, who won gold medals at the previous two Asian Games editions, sustained a ligament tear in his ankle during training. "After discussions with my doctor and team, we've decided that I will sit out the rest of this season," Chopra said.
