Former Punjab Deputy CM and Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal was attacked on Thursday by a Nihang near a gurdwara in Nanded, Maharashtra. RBI has proposed a framework to standardise loan interest rates and improve transparency for borrowers.
