US President Donald Trump has said there is a good chance of reaching an agreement with Iran as soon as Monday. However, Trump added he was considering "blowing everything up" and "taking over the oil" if Iran does not move fast enough toward a deal. He also said he had granted amnesty to Iranian negotiators to ensure talks could continue.
