Guj govt 'gifts' disputed Vadodara plot to Yusuf Pathan, who quit TMC 2 months ago

Gujarat government has decided to allot a disputed 978-square-metre Vadodara civic plot to ex-cricketer Yusuf Pathan, over which he was served an encroachment notice two years ago. Pathan, who quit Mamata Banerjee’s TMC two months ago, will receive 500 square metres as gift for residential use, while remaining 478 square metres will be allotted at 55% of its assessed value.
