Donald Trump won't impose new tariffs on his first day as the US President, a Wall Street Journal report said. He would rather direct federal agencies to evaluate the US' trade relationships with China, Canada and Mexico. Trump has vowed to impose 60% tariffs on Chinese goods and 25% on imports from Canada and Mexico.
