Congress rebel Naresh Meena was arrested on Thursday for slapping Malpura Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Amit Choudhary at a polling station during bypoll. Meena's supporters clashed with police, pelting stones and setting police vehicles on fire on Wednesday night, as officials tried to apprehend Meena. A video of the incident, which took place at Deoli-Uniara, was widely circulated online.
