Artemis II astronauts reported mysterious smell in Orion spacecraft's $23 million (₹213 crore) toilet while cruising more than halfway to Moon. Astronaut Christina Koch told Mission Control that the odour resembled an old electric heater. Flight controllers suspected door insulation, however, they flagged no major concerns. The toilet had faced glitch on Day 1 of the mission as well.
