Infosys has appointed board member Nitin Paranjpe as its non-executive Vice Chairman. In this role, Paranjpe will assist Chairman Nandan Nilekani in steering the board and the company's strategic agenda. Nilekani also indicated continuity at the top, saying, "I will continue as the Chairman of the board as long as necessary, and there is no plan for a Chairman transition."
