Titawi Police Station officials served food to 12 bonded labourers rescued from a manufacturing factory in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar. An official said the workers were being kept in inhumane conditions and were not receiving proper food. Police rescued the labourers after they were allegedly held captive for 11 months after being lured with promises of ₹10,000-12,000 monthly salaries.
