Pakistan & Kuwait formally sign defence pact to boost military cooperation

Pakistan and Kuwait formally signed a defence cooperation protocol called “Protocol Agreement-2026” to enhance military cooperation between them. Under this, Pakistan’s armed forces will provide assistance to Kuwait in training troops, border management and other areas of defence cooperation. The pact is valid for five years with automatic renewal clauses unless either country opts to withdraw.
