Ukraine attacked a Russian plant manufacturing ballistic missiles in Udmurtia region. The Ukrainian General Staff said that the plant manufactured Russian missiles, including the short-range Iskander and intercontinental Topol-M, in Votkinsk. A Russian official said, "There has been damage and injuries as a result." Ukraine used ground-launched Flamingo cruise missiles to carry out the attack.
