An 18-storey tower at Bengaluru's SNN Raj Etternia residential complex will be demolished and rebuilt after developing a slight tilt three months after receiving its Occupancy Certificate. All 49 apartments in the tower, priced between ₹1 crore and ₹5 crore, had already been sold. The demolition will be carried out by Edifice Engineering, which also demolished Noida's Supertech Twin Towers.
