Australian authorities said terrorists behind Bondi Beach attack first threw homemade pipe bombs at crowd gathered for Hanukkah festival before opening fire. The devices were later found unexploded. Terrorists, identified as Sajid Akram, 50, and his son Naveed Akram, 24, killed 15 people. Authorities added that duo had undergone training at an undisclosed location in countryside prior to attack.
