Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has suggested three rule changes in the IPL, including scrapping the Impact Player rule, saying it creates an imbalance. He proposed a four-over batting powerplay and a two-over bowling powerplay, with the fielding captain deciding when to use it after the first four overs. Tendulkar added that one bowler should be allowed to bowl five overs.
