Bolsonaro refuses to concede defeat as Lula wins Brazil presidency for 4th time

Brazilian presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro refused to concede defeat after President Lula da Silva's victory in the country's presidential election. "It's impossible to recognise the results...I'm going to request the annulment of these elections," he said. He described the decision to extend voting hours as "unacceptable" and a "dirty trick". Silva won a fourth term as Brazil's president.
