Bombay High Court stayed an arrest warrant issued against Ola Electric's billionaire CEO Bhavish Aggarwal by a Goa district consumer commission. "There appears to be no such powers to issue such a warrant...during the course of hearing of the complaint," the judge observed, TOI reported. The warrant was issued after Aggarwal failed to appear before the commission despite prior notice.
