The shares of Hindustan Aeronautics fell over 8% to intraday low of ₹4,100.15 on Wednesday. This came after a report claimed that HAL has been excluded from India's stealth fighter jet project under the Advanced Multirole Combat Aircraft programme. Out of seven bids, Tata Advanced Systems, Larsen & Toubro, and Bharat Forge were shortlisted after evaluation, The Economic Times reported.
