HC rejects Vimal Elaichi makers' plea against show-cause notices to SRK, Ajay

Delhi High Court dismissed a plea by Vimal Elaichi makers PB Agro seeking to quash Maharashtra FDA notices issued to brand ambassadors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff. The court said Maharashtra courts were the appropriate forum to challenge the notices. FDA had alleged that the advertisements amounted to surrogate promotion of banned Vimal Pan Masala in Maharashtra.
