After some NEET aspirants allegedly got late and missed the re-exam due to a Congress rally, the Bengaluru Traffic Police blamed the candidates. One such candidate departed for the centre only 33 minutes before the 1.30 pm cut-off time and took a longer route, police said. "The delay wasn't caused by traffic congestion arising from the public event," they added.
