Sachin Tendulkar buys 3.86-acre land in Lonavala for ₹70 crore

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has bought 3.86 acres of land in Lonavala for about ₹70 crore through three transactions. As per property records accessed by Zapkey, he paid ₹63.69 crore for the largest 3.09-acre parcel and acquired 50% undivided shares in two others. Lonavala is a hill station located around 100 km from Mumbai and 60 km from Pune.
