An X user shared screenshots of an email informing him that his former employer, Unacademy, has reduced the exercise window for ESOPs from 10 years to 30 days from the date of cessation of employment. Calling it an "awful thing to do", the man said, "Unacademy...forcing us to cough up a huge amount to pay taxes or forfeit vested ESOPs."
