J&K school turns unused land into kitchen garden for mid-day meals

A government school in Doda, Jammu and Kashmir, has transformed unused land into an organic kitchen garden under the PM Poshan Abhiyan. The initiative provides chemical-free vegetables for mid-day meals while teaching students hands-on lessons in natural farming and environmental conservation. The initiative is being taken up by an eco-club of students and teachers formed four years ago.
