First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, Dmitry Polyanskiy, stated that President-elect Donald Trump's administration's decision to cut assistance for Ukraine would be a "death sentence" for the Ukrainian army. Polyanskiy added that the Joe Biden administration had created a mess for both Russia and the incoming Trump administration through its increased support for Ukraine.
