2,000 Indians in Nagoya ready to accommodate athletes amid Asian Games hotel chaos
India has created three-layer support system to help its Asian Games athletes amid accommodation issues in Nagoya, Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said. Two officials are stationed at airport and three at the athlete welcome centre. Homes of members of Nagoya's 2,000-strong Indian diaspora have also been identified as backup accommodation if problems persist during the ongoing housing crunch.
