A second-year MBA student of the Indian Institute of Management in Bengaluru was found dead inside the campus hostel on Sunday. The 28-year-old, identified as Nilay Patel, had gone to celebrate his birthday in a friend's room in a different hostel block on Saturday and returned to his room at around 11.30 pm. Police said he may've died by suicide.
