The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has launched an inquiry into Meta over alleged advertisements linked to child sexual exploitative and abuse material (CSEAM) on its platforms. The move follows a July 3 notice issued after the commission took suo motu cognisance of a BBC Eye investigation into the alleged presence of such ads.
