Don't use the term 'child pornography': Supreme Court to all courts

Supreme Court has asked all courts not to use the word "child pornography" in orders. Child pornography can be referred to as "child sexual exploitative and abuse material", SC said. The SC on Monday ruled that storing or watching child pornography can be an offence under POCSO Act if the person concerned had intention to make some gain from it.
