A tattoo artist and a tattoo parlour's owner were arrested in Odisha's Bhubaneswar after visuals of a Lord Jagannath tattoo on an Italian woman's thigh were shared online, sparking a row. Police said that the sentiments of devotees were hurt after the tattoo artist shared a video of his work online. No action was, however, taken against the foreigner woman.
