Russia launched its heaviest air attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv in two weeks as it bombed several high-rise apartment buildings and a UNESCO World Heritage site, leaving at least four people dead. The attack damaged electricity lines, leaving around 140,000 residents without power. Russian strikes also targeted Kharkiv, killing four emergency service rescuers and one municipal official.
