HC stays JNU order terminating prof & Congress MP Akoijam over sexual harassment allegations

Delhi High Court on Monday stayed JNU's decision to terminate professor and Congress MP Angomcha Bimol Akoijam over sexual harassment allegations. Akoijam was terminated by JNU on October 9 following an enquiry into sexual harassment complaints filed by 11 female students. The female students lodged sexual harassment complaints against him in May, India Today reported.
