Karnataka's Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Byre Gowda pulled up officials during an inspection of redevelopment work on a stretch of Outer Ring Road. "Why should we come and beg you to do your job...Are you doing us a favour...If it's your responsibility, why have you not done it?" he said to them. He earlier snapped at Animal Husbandry Department officials.
