Sanjukumar Hosamani, a 48-year-old motorcyclist, died after a kite string slit his throat and left him critically injured. Hosamani was on a road near Talamadagi Bridge in Karnataka's Bidar district when the incident occurred. He called his daughter after collapsing from bike. The relatives of Hosamani said he might have survived if the ambulance had arrived on time.
