RINL land auctions raise ₹584 cr; plans third round soon

Two phases of e-auctions of 264 RINL land parcels in Visakhapatnam have fetched ₹584.33 crore — a 17.5% premium over the reserve price of ₹497.29 crore. Phase 2, held on November 3, raised ₹218 crore from 114 parcels. NLMC now plans a third auction round for remaining unsold plots, subject to approvals.
