Restaurants may raise menu prices amid LPG cost surge, says industry body

Restaurants and hotels across western India may soon raise menu prices amid soaring fuel costs triggered by West Asia war, industry body HRAWI warned. "Latest hike in commercial LPG cylinder prices has added...another layer of pressure on already squeezed margins," spokesperson Pradeep Shetty said. State-owned oil companies recently raised price of 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder by ₹195.50.
