Jammu and Kashmir achieved 100% Full Immunisation Coverage (FIC) under the Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) in 2025-26, the Health Ministry said. All districts except Budgam, Jammu, Kathua and Pulwama recorded full coverage. The ministry credited the achievement to special outreach sessions in remote and difficult areas, ensuring eligible children received routine immunisation.
